DEVELOPPING IDEAS AND TECHNOLOGIES SINCE 1974

Toscana Enologica Mori’s begin their artisanal business in 1974; the founder of the Company, Mr. Franco Mori, together with the sons Giorgio and Andrea, starts the production in a little building in their hometown, Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, Chianti region, 30 km. south of Florence.

In 1981 the Company has already reached the fame thanks to the construction of mod. DELTA stalk-remover and the mod. ALFA wine presses. They move to its current premises in the industrial area of Tavarnelle and keep developping and widening its range of models of wine equipments, by producing pumps, filters and semi-automatic wine bottling machines.

In 1984 they begin producing oil extraction systems and in the same year they expose at Fieragricola in Verona the very first press oil mill for cold working, equipped with the separator mod. Idea with natural settling, conceived to replace the centrifuge separator, what allow small oil maker sto produce their own oil at home.

In 1993 Mr. Giorgio Mori, the creator and the designer of every single Mori Tem machine, is convinced that the best and highest quality only can be reached if the olives are processed within the harvesting day; this idea gives birth to the OLIOMIO project.

In 1996 the first patented OLIOMIO 50 is presented at the EIMA exhibition in Bologna; it has been just amazing to see how until those times unimaginable new frontiers have been open.

Patrizio and Giacomo Mori’s entering the company gives way to the third generation of the Mori family; both of them are committed to keep pushing the development and the innovation policy of the Company with focus to brand consolidation throughout the world.

In the early 2000 the Company gives birth to OLIOMIO models with bigger production, reaching up to 500 Kg./. In 2005 they install in Tuscany the first Cultivar system with vacuum technology, a very important innovation for the quality of the extra virgin olive oil.

In 2014, Toscana Enologica Mori, merges with Omega, a sister-company owned by the same family, what gives birth to Mori Tem Srl.

In 2015, Giorgio Mori is praized in Rome by olive oil guide Flos Olei for working throughout the years in the development and research.

In April 2016 at the exhibition Enoiltech in Verona, after 10 years of study and development of the continuous malaxing, the Company presents the innovating Sistema Leader, that allow to work without any stop and to get the process finished i 15/20 minutes. You can get highest quality olive oil by using this system, saving up to 30% of Energy.

We design, construct and install integrated systems to transform the olives into oil and the grapes into wine, looking forward to getting the highest quality of the product all the time; we do that with passion and respect for the nature.

The development policy in the oil sector, based on commitment in research and on quality products principles, has given us the opportunity to evolve during the years and to enter the international markets successfully.

Mori Tem has been able to catch the worldwide changes of the more and more competitive and demanding market, thanks to its organizational efficiency, innovation and communication policy.

Nowadays, the company staff is made of 40 people, besides Mr. G. Mori, his brother Andrea and their sons Patrizio and Giacomo, including engineers and designers in the technical department, polyglott staff in the export and accounting department, not forgetting all the workmen taking care of the installation, the start-up of the machines and the customer care all over the world.

The working surface of the Company reaches 3800mq, distributed in three buildings:
