The company was established in 1995 in Salzano, Venice (Italy), with the purpose of design and manufacture high-performance CNC machine tools dedicated to the most various industrial sectors.
Today as then, Promac is able to offer innovative solutions to best meet every Customer request.

Since 2014 Promac has been awarded with the Blue Philosophy mark from UCIMU (Italian machine tool builders association) which certifies companies engaged in the manufacturing of machine tools that ensure:
- environmental compatibility;
- economic development;
- social responsibility.

Promac is among the companies that actively participate in the initiatives of ICE, the agency for the promotion of Made in Italy abroad and the internationalization of Italian companies.

Since 2018, Promac is officially become partner of AMBA (American Mold Builder Association).

Established in 1973, AMBA is the largest grassroots organization in the United States dedicated solely to the mold manufacturing industry. As a national non-profit trade association, AMBA provides its members with access to the most powerful networking in the industry.

Promac is now certified Prime Company by CRIBIS, institution for the commercial reliability.

The CRIBIS Prime Company recognition is therefore the highest level of evaluation of the commercial reliability of an organization and is issued only and exclusively to companies that constantly maintain high economic-commercial reliability.
