Strengthened by this experience of the stamping environment; since 2010, PRONIC has developed innovative in-die automation for the insertion of special components (bushings, rivets, special nuts, bearings, Spacers, ball joint rivets, studs, pins etc.).
We design the feeding system, the insertion heads and all associated tooling as well as the control mechanism (which can be combined within the same die already using tapping units).
