Sant-Tech Ltd. is a Polish (European Union) manufacturer of advanced abrasive blasting equipment and supplies (manual, semi automatic and automatic blast machines), dedusting units and cyclone abrasive separators/reclaimers, and industrial air filtration and ventilation systems.

The Company’s core activities focus on development and deployment of automated production and technological processes for the Clients. The second pillar of the company is production of custom made complex machines and technological equipment.

We provide services and equipment to large enterprises as well as medium and small businesses, and have earned trust of many satisfied and returning Customers across the globe.

Such unique array of products and services is made possible by Sant-Tech’s solid experience in the field and also thanks to the Company’s own in-house mechanical engineering division which has been developed to meet various customer needs, including the most complex and demanding projects.

The company’s achievements have been recognized and awarded by the Kronenberg Foundation. In 2014 the Company won the prestigious “Entrepreneur of the Year” award and received the main prize. The event resulted in numerous publications about the Company by major media partners, such as Forbes magazine and Gazeta Wyborcza. The honorary patronage over the competition was carried out by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Janusz Piechocinski.

Processes and organization of work in the company are subjected to continuous improvement through the implementation of modern management methods based on Kaizen philosophy

In 2014 the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme “Swiss Contribution” awarded Sant-Tech with a grant which was dedicated to development of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

According to the adopted philosophy of CSR, the Company regularly engages in social initiatives, such as providing financial assistance to Children’s Hospice in Opole and sponsorship of scientific events such as „Colloquia Orphic” International Conference at the Institute of Classical Philology organized by KUL, the Catholic University of Lublin.

In February 2015 Sant-Tech received a highly prestigious award in the nationwide recognition program for outstanding companies. The annual competition was organized by the Foundation for the Development of Education and Higher Education. Sant-Tech was awarded with the Entrepreneurship of the Future 2015 certificate and was the only company to receive the Gold Prize award for the exceptional achievements and bright future prospects.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT DIVISION R&D

R&D is Sant-Tech’s important focus area. As a result of numerous in-house scientific studies, the Company develops its own machines and technology that are later successfully implemented to serve the unique customers’ needs.

Sant-Tech carries out ongoing efforts to create its own Research and Development Center using funds from the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020, Activity 1.1 - Projects of Research & Development Companies.

As part of planned research and development projects in collaboration with leading academic institutions such as Cracow University of Technology, AGH University of Science and Technology, and Metal Forming Institute at Poznan University of Technology, Sant-Tech is in the process of constructing an automatic interactive scanning sandblaster 3D which will be applied in projects where treatment of materials requires the utmost accuracy and precision.
