Shanghai Yinuo Instrument Co., Ltd. is the leading flowmeter and flow loading/unloading, metering system engineering and integrator manufacturer of China and specializes in design, manufacturing and sell many kinds of flowmeter and other instruments. We have three factories, total 48,000 m2 area in China. The first one is located in Jiading District of Shanghai, the second one in Songjiang District of Shanghai, and the third one in Panjin of Liaoning Province.

There are about 400 staffs totally and 18 senior engineers and 80 engineers are among them. We have three R&D centers: Electronic R&D center, Mechanical R&D center and Automation system R&D center. We have advanced machining center, Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment, and calibration facilities for the water, oil and gas. The key core parts are all completed in CNC processing center and the whole flowmeter will be tested by calibration stand which is automatically controlled by the computer.

We had got the ISO9001:2008 quality system certification and all delivered products are manufactured and tested according to this quality system.
Our business is involved in flowmeter, pump, automation control engineering and international trade etc. Until now we had gotten 12 invention patents and 50 utility model patents from State Intellectual Property Office of P. R. China (SIPO).

Shanghai Yinuo Instrument Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise in Shanghai, the vice chairman committee of Shanghai Measurement and Testing Association and also authorized member of first-level providing network by CNPC and SinoPEC. We have received the CCS Certificate of China Classification Society and BV Certificate of international Classification Society. We are also Class qualified contractor for the intelligent engineering.

In domestic market, our VIP customers are large energy industries such as CNPC (China National PetroleumCorporation), Sinopec (China Petroleum & Chemical), CNOOC (China National Offshore Oil Corporation), CHEMCHINA, CSSC (China State Shipbuilding Corporation) and CSIC (China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation).
