SISTO Armaturen S.A. is your production partner when it comes to diaphragm valves

Since 1988, we are an associate company of the worldwide operating KSB group and the Luxembourg SNCI. With around 200 employees, we develop and produce diaphragm valves for various areas of application at our location in Echternach / Luxembourg.

SISTO’s key industry is the pharmaceutical sector. For instance, the company has supported the vaccine production of several manufacturers with its solutions. In addition, SISTO also develops and tests valves for the building technology, industry and the power plant industry.

The unique technology of the SISTO diaphragm valves has been proven million-fold in operations.

In order to fulfill the stringent requirements of customers and always comply with the latest technology, all quality-influencing production processes are carried out on the premises of SISTO: from turning and milling with modern 5- to 9-axis machines to surface machining and electropolishing. Even the vulcanization process for manufacturing diaphragms takes place in our own factory.

Not only does this setup allow an end-to-end quality surveillance, it also gives us the flexibility for a high degree of customization and small batch sizes up to single-piece production.

Besides our product line „SISTO-C“ for aseptic processes, we are also producing diaphragm valves and swing-check valves for industrial applications (e.g. processing of chemicals), building industry applications or power plants. These products are available with different coatings and linings, e.g. PTFE and soft- or hard rubber. They are complemented with a full range of piston or diaphragm actuators.

100% influence on the quality of our products is very important to us. Therefore, we keep all relevant process steps in-house. Our high degree of added value supports our high delivery capacity and our flexibility to respond to individual customer requests.
