The Sucorema Group is the synergy of two companies, Sucorema and Tefagesu, manufacturers of machines for industry of the steel sheet. Today, with almost three decades of experience in the design and production of machines, tools and systems, we present a range of solutions for the manipulation of sheet steel and other materials. Its products, marketed under the Stefa brand, they are distinguished by high durability and low maintenance costs, and the superior accuracy and profitability to running complex jobs, it fits into the production of the future industrial environment and technology work of sheet steel.

This constant focus on research and development, outfitted the Sucorema a multifaceted capacity in its production, with all integrated manufacturing departments in its facilities, allowing flexibility and speed in its production system. What We Do

Sucorema – Tefagesu is an original equipment manufacturer of machines to worksheet steel, with experience in Roll Formers, Folding Machines, Slitting Lines, Decoilers, Notch Corners and Hydraulic Presses.

Our installations are equipped with several departments with own production like machining, painting, welding, electrical automation and assembly. With an own I&D,

Sucorema are able to project the machine from beginning, monitoring of process construction and final approval by customer.

I&D Department

Sucorema has a design and development department that provides technological resources to the equipment it produces and is able to meet, and sometimes to advise, the challenges presented by its customers. It is a team composed of a mix of young and qualified members with extensive experience in the development of sheet metal deformation equipment. Together, there is process collaboration and outsourcing at all stages, including material and partner selection, production processes and machine documentation. Sucorema over the years has established several partnerships of national and international collaboration with other companies in same sector and higher education institutions.

Production and Assembling

Sucorema has a production area of 5000m2 and constantly updates its machine park with the latest available technologies. Its production capacity allows enormous flexibility and stricter quality control. Lead times are shortened and production costs lower. From raw material processing to finished work, Sucorema can perform various operations from cutting, welding, machining, turning, painting, mechanical and electrical assembling.
Sucorema constantly strives to improve its facilities and staff to ensure happy production for all.

Post-sales support

When an equipment is bought by a customer, Sucorema support provisions to give the best after-sales from the pre-installation services until future upgrades that customer can require.

Pre installations services: Sucorema supply all the required technical specification and to certificate a good installation of the Stefa Machines with a strictly collaboration with Customer.

Formation: Our technicians transmit all the knowledge of the Stefa Machines to unsure that customer, whenever they need, can use effectively and efficiently the products.

Warranty services: If something unexpected happen, Sucorema is happy to provide the customer with a free replacement or repairing of the Stefa Machines during the warranty service.

Remote Support: The Stefa Machines can be connected to the web. That means that in any part of the world you have our technicians directly contact with machine and resolve or identify the problem immediately.

Upgrades: Our world is constantly under evolution and the Stefa Machines can improve along the time with new modules or software upgrades to desire the new needs of the customer.
