Gas Analysis for the Food and Packaging Industry

Our oxygen and carbon dioxide headspace analysers offer fast, easy to use, accurate gas analysis of gas flushed food packages and headspace analysis of any kind. Systech Illinois’gas analysers can be used effectively with packages of all sizes and portable and waterproof versions available. Our range of oxygen and water vapour permeation analysers offer precise, accurate measurements for all packaging film, finished package and PET bottles.

Oxygen Analysers for Process Industry

Our range of process oxygen analysers provides measurements from trace ppb levels up to high percentage levels. Available in wall mounted IP66-rated, benchtop and rack mounted versions, our oxygen analyser instruments include intrinsically safe units. The EC900 oxygen analyser use electrochemical cell, the ZR800 oxygen analyser use zirconia oxide ceramic, and the PM700 oxygen analyser use paramagnetic technology.

Moisture Analysis for Process Industry - for analysis of moisture the MM500 moisture analyser uses phosphorous pentoxide and the MM400 moisture analyser uses aluminium oxide, to measure from as low as 0.01 to 1000 ppm, or in dewpoint °C or °F. Systech Illinois’ moisture analysers are panel, bench or wall mounted in a weatherproof cabinet, or rack mounted.

Thermal Conductivity Analysers for Process Industry - Systech Illinois’ 542 is a versatile, programmable gas analyser based on the principle of thermal conductivity, capable of measuring almost any combination of gases.

ATEX Approved Analysers - for hazardous areas, the EC91 and EC92DIS ATEX approved analysers are for use in EEx ia IIC T4 Zone 0 areas. These instruments are capable of measuring both ppm and percentage levels of oxygen.
