Years of experience led to the choice that characterizes ZATOR philosophy: to produce all the system’s components inside the company. The production process is develop inside the company; after the mechanical design of the components, each parts are manufactured using high precision CNC machine tools, that allows us to produce our standard products range and develop at the same time special systems for customer needs.

DESIGN // The technical office designs and tests the projects uses a 3D CAD software combined with the latest CAM software. Every detail is designed, verified and sent to production for manufacturing. Our technicians are always looking for new and innovative materials and solutions to improve the quality of our products.

MANUFACTURING // The components used to assemble our systems are manufactured in our workshop using high precision CNC machine tools. We also produce special parts or changes required by our customers.

SELLING // Zator sells its products directly and through agents or representatives in Italy and abroad. Our technical sales are able to recommend the right product for each application.

QUALITY CONTROL // All components are checked with high precision instruments by our skilled technicians during the production and tested on testbeds before assembly.

AFTER SALES SERVICE // The after sales service is integral part of the sales philosophy of Zator: a total support from setting to maintenance. The Zator’s technicians put their experience to their customers.
